Corporate Event Meetings
At A Moment in Time Events, we have had the pleasure of hosting gatherings for everyone from our local community to Fortune 500 companies in our first-class meeting space. With a standing capacity of 400, and 300 seated, our 2,300 sq ft banquet hall is the perfect space for conferences, team building events, sales meetings, awards ceremonies, and everything in between.

About Us
Nestled in scenic Lake Las Vegas, a quick 30-minute drive from the world-famous Las Vegas strip, lies our stunning rustic elegant style events venue, A Moment in Time Events.
A Moment in Time Events was established in 2019 by husband and wife team Danielle and Sean Jones. Offering both the events space and planning services, The Jones’ have decades of experience in event planning, hosting, and styling weddings and parties. World class hospitality and attention to detail are at the forefront of each event hosted at A Moment in Time, from initial planning conversations through the final dance and goodbyes.
The lush Mediterranean surroundings of The Village at Lake Las Vegas and our wonderfully elegant and customizable space makes A Moment in Time Events the perfect venue for the event you’ve been dreaming of. We are walking distance from the Lake Las Vegas Hilton resort along with watersports, restaurants, and many other amenities.
